Terms and conditions of participation and booking conditions

1. Complete and valid vaccinations and valid liability insurance for the dog.

2. The dog training school must be informed about any contagious diseases, behavioral problems, or if the dog is in heat.

3. Dogs should not be allowed to touch each other on leashes -> maintain a fair and sufficient distance from other participants.

4. Events and services can be booked via WhatsApp or email.

5. The course fee is payable upon registration, but no later than the start of the course/training.

6. The 10-trip multipass is valid for 1 year (no cash refunds or multipasses)

7. The dogs should have the opportunity to relieve themselves sufficiently before the journey to us.

8. Please do not feed your dog at least two to three hours before class.

9. If dogs are allowed to be unleashed on the training grounds to play together, each dog owner does so at their own risk.

10. Children under 16 years of age may only participate in a course when accompanied by their legal guardian(s).

If an appointment has to be cancelled at short notice due to unforeseen reasons, the customer will receive a refund of the participation fee.
