Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Payment Policy If the invoice for an individual or group lesson is not paid in full at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the reserved slot will be automatically released and may be offered to someone else. In this case, there is no entitlement to the lesson taking place or to the reservation of the slot. Cancellation Policy: Up to 36 hours before the appointment: full refund. Up to 24 hours before the appointment: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before the appointment: no refund.
